According to the Crops page (https://harvestmoon.fandom.com/wiki/Crops_(HSH),) certain crops seeds are indicating a price as if we can purchase them at the General Store whenever they may become available (Broccolini and Phalanx seeds are but just two examples of this) but according to another web-site's Store (https://fogu.com/hm/home_sweet_home/shop_market.php) page, certain crops do not ever become available at the General Store.
Is anyone familiar enough with the game able to clarify which one is actually accurate?
