Ann (アーフィ, Āfi^?) is a character in Harvest Moon DS and Harvest Moon DS: Cute. She is one of the eligible bachelorettes to court in DS.

Ann is unlocked after connecting DS and Cute to Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town, via GBA connection.

Ann visits Forget-Me-Not Valley on Fridays from Mineral Town. She goes to Ruby's Inn to help in the kitchen, and will visit the Waterfall area in the afternoon.

Because Ann only visits on Fridays, she is a hard bachelorette to court as this is your only opportunity to give her gifts. Her heart level is invisible and impossible to see unless you equip the Love Bangle.

Marrying any Mineral Town bachelorette in DS will cause the game to end. After the credits finished rolling, players can resume the game from their last save.

Heart Events

Black Heart Event

The player must enter the Lobby at Inner Inn from 1pm to 9pm on Friday.

Ann will come out from the kitchen as the player enters Inner Inn, and explains that she likes to help Ruby when she comes to visit. Ruby thinks that Ann should just relax and enjoy her time in the valley. Ann tells Ruby that she wants to study how to run a proper Inn.

Ruby finally gives in and allows Ann to help her.

Purple Heart Event

Enter the Inner Inn, lobby from 9pm to 12am on rainy Friday. Ann must have a purple heart or more and the previous heart event must have already been triggered.

Ann is supposed to go shopping for veggies but it looks dark outside now, and asks if the player will go with her. If you offer to help Ann, the two of you will go to Vesta's shop to buy vegetables.

Back at the Inn, Ann is impressed that you can walk down such dark streets without any fear! She thanks you for accompanying her on her errand.

Blue Heart Event

Exit your farmhouse from 12pm to 6pm on a sunny Friday to see this event. Ann must have a blue heart or more and all previous events must have been already triggered.

Ann will be waiting outside when you leave the farmhouse. She says that Kassey and Patrick have invited her over and she thought to invite you too. If you agree to go with her, you will leave together.

Kassey seems annoyed that Ann decided to bring somebody along with her. Patrick tries to assure Ann that Patrick was joking, but the two brothers soon begin to argue. Ann tries to tell the brothers to stop fighting, but they won't listen! Ann decides then that the two of you should just leave instead.

Back at the farmhouse, Ann apologies for the way the visit went. She had no idea that Patrick and Kassey would act like that! Ann leaves you to the rest of your day.

Yellow Heart Event

Enter the Blue Bar between 5pm and 8pm on Friday after Ann has reached a yellow heart or more and all previous heart events have been watched.

Griffin and Muffy will greet you as you walk in. Muffy flirtingly teases you, saying that you must be here to visit her! Ann will walk in with a delivery of food for Griffin. Griffin decides to eat his meal and leaves Muffy in charge.

Ann asks you what you're doing at the Bar and is wondering why you're not still working! Muffy tries to defend you by telling Ann that people need a break sometimes too. Ann still believes you have more work to do instead of being here at the Bar, and Muffy retorts by asking Ann why she is acting like your wife. Ann gets flustered by this remark and says that she is leaving and taking you with her! Side with Ann and say that you will leave with her.

At the farmhouse, Ann apologizes for fighting with Muffy. She is happy that you decided to leave with her though! Ann leaves you to your work.
