Ayame (アヤメ, Ayame) is a character in Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns.

Ayame operates out of her clinic in Konohana village as the only doctor for the two villages. Unlike her assistant, she leaves the clinic from time to time when she doesn't have patients. She can be found at the back of the clinic waiting for patients to come and see her.

Although she has no known family in the game, she has the company of her assistant Hiro. Hiro aspires to be a great doctor like his father, and Ayame has taken him under her wing. Ayame herself is well known in the village as being very kind and motherly, and she is also a great doctor.

Befriending Ayame may be difficult, as she likes a lot of items that may require a lot of ingredients to make. Stick to simple items like tea that you can find at Yun's Tea House. Despite being a doctor, she really loves desserts and sweets. Befriending Ayame is required if the player plans to marry Hiro.
