If you want any cows or sheep , Barley is the man you need to talk to. He runs Yodel Ranch and lives with his granddaughter, May. They also have a dog, Hanna who never seems too interested in doing anything.
Barley tries his best to raise his granddaughter after she was abandoned by his daughter, Joanna. Joanna left Mineral Town, but decided not to take May with her. Barley and May both eagerly await Joanna's return. Barley is normally always inside of Yodel Ranch, unless there is a festival. Yodel Ranch is located next to the Poultry Farm. If you befriend Barley, he may give you a recipe for Ice Cream.
