The beach villa (海の別荘 Umi no Bessou) is a location in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town. It acts as an additional home that the player can obtain after gifting the Harvest Goddess anything 150 times, in her spring.
After throwing in the last gift, the Goddess will stop the player and a cutscene will be triggered. She will thank the player for all their offerings and mention that she has built a villa on Mineral Beach as a thank you.
The house will locaated on a dock over the ocean and features blue-and-yellow themed furnishings, including a clock, bed, calendar and diary. A large abstract painting replaces the television and a row of potted plants replaces the bookshelf and wardrobe. Like all the other additional homes, the Seaside Cottage is not expandable or upgradable. Furthermore, your spouse and child will not move here with you.
