The Bell is a tool used in Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility.
After you have at least one animal in the barn, the bell can be purchased from Brownie Ranch for 700 G. When rung, the bell will call animals nearby to you. This makes it easier to push animals outside the barn to graze.
