Bill (ビル Biru?) is a character in Harvest Moon GBC 2. He and his brother Will operate the Tool Shop. Bill's hair is pink, while Will's hair is green.
Schedule[]
Bill spends most of his time in the Tool Shop, which is open Monday through Saturday from 6AM to 6pm. He can sometimes be found simultaneously operating the Tool Shop and visiting the Town Square.[1]
Events[]
Super Hoe[]
The player's hoe will eventually break. Bill will offer to upgrade it into a Super Hoe, which will be finished in three days.[2]
Great Whetstone[]
Another way to get the Super Sickle is through a random event. Bill may visit the player's house to inform them that Will fell off a cliff and Bill needs help taking him to the clinic. The Doctor says Will is alright, although he is delirious and keeps bringing up the "Great Whetstone". Bill thinks whatever Will is talking about is in the mountains, but has to return to the shop. Once the player leaves the village to run through the mountains and return to the Tool Shop, Bill says he found what Will was talking about. Bill then rewards the player by upgrading their sickle into a Super Sickle, which will be finished in three days.[3]
Thanksgiving Festival[]
If the player is playing as a female, Bill will stop by their house to give them a cake from Will, who is too shy to give it to the player himself.[4]
Ghost Sighting[]
Bill will visit the player's house one morning to say that somebody saw a ghost at the fountain. The only people in the Town Square afterwards will be Ken, who tells the player that he saw a ghost; and the Mayor, who's put a notice on the bulletin board about the ghost sighting. Both villagers leave the Town Square once the player talks to them.
When the player goes to the church, Cain listens to them explain the situation and asks the player to get more information. Ken, who's back at his shop, says he saw a ghost in the middle of the night three days prior. He'd gone to the fountain to get some water, where he saw a bright flash in the woods and a dark shadow. Once the player goes to the church again, Cain says the ghost was actually him getting water as well.[5]
Snowball Fight[]
During winter in year three, the player can join Bill, Choco, Daisy, and Will in a snowball fight in the Town Square. The event happens on the first Sunday that's not snowing. After the snowball fight ends, the player gets a picture of the snowball fight in Mary's picture book.[6]
