Billy (ビリー Birī?) is a character in Harvest Moon GBC 3.
He is a fisherman that seems to know Sara. He is the son of Chloe and visits the town on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
He states that Flower Bud Village is a very calm and friendly place. He is also one of the few characters that the player does have to befriend, because he gives you the fishing rod and the boat after his friendship has been raised enough.

Billy borrows your hammer
- Requirements: Raise Billy's friendship high enough.
Billy will ask you if he can borrow your hammer for a little while because he broke his and needs to use it to fix his ship. If the player says 'no' he will beg you until you agree to lend it to him. If the player agrees, the hammer will be unavailable until the next day when you speak to Billy again. He will thank you for lending him the hammer and gift you a fishing rod.
Billy and Elza's Boat
- Requirements: Raise Billy and Elza's friendship and have received the fishing rod from Billy.
Billy will thank the player again for lending him their hammer and say he has a gift for them. He and Elza have fixed up their old boat and left it next to the lighthouse as a gift for Pete. The player can now freely sail the ocean and travel to the mainland by using the boat.
Fixing the Lighthouse
- Requirements: Raise Billy and Elza's friendship and have received the fishing rod and boat from Billy.
Billy will ask Pete if he's willing to help repair the lighthouse. If you tell him no, he will be disappointed but will not ask again. If you agree, he will ask the player for 200 more lumber than the amount of lumber that they have in storage (Thus if you have 100, he will want 300). After fixing the lighthouse, their will be no changes to it visually or effectively and the game will go on just as it had before.
