The cafe is owned by Carl, who always dreamed of opening a sweets shop. The store will open on the first day of Fall, and is located next to the Junk Shop.
Once the cafe opens, Katie will be unlocked, and will work at the cafe with Carl. If Carl decides to move out of town, the cafe will close and Katie will also leave.
