Charles (チャールズ Chāruzu ? lit. Charles) is a character in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar.
Unlocking[]
Charles begins appearing in the bazaar upon reaching City Bazaar Rank and will ask for the player's help in getting building materials for his stall. After completing his quest, Charles will be present in the weekly bazaar, offering to recycle trash collected from Fishing in exchange for items. Charles will not accept Fish Bones, however.
Notably, Charles will offer to trade a Power Berry for 30 recyclables. When the player reaches National Bazaar Rank, he will then offer to trade a Feather Jewel, one of the components for the Travel Stone, for 50 recyclables.

- Charles will occasionally reference Alice when spoken to. Additionally, the radio show, Talk of the Town, states that Funland has cancelled its plans for its amusement park, much to the delight of Leaf Valley's residents. Charles is also implied to regularly visit the town outside the bazaar.
