Dia (ディア Dia?) is a character in Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland.
She lives at Clove Villa with Gina and Martha, her house servants. Dia is very quiet and reserved, and keeps her emotions to herself. Until you get to know her a bit more personally, Dia may come off as rude and disinterested in your character's advances to give her gifts.
She doesn't have many friends and is very anti-social. Once befriended, she confides to the player that she purposely acts cold towards people so that she doesn't need to associate with them as much. As time goes on, however, Dia realizes that she needs to break out of her shell and socialize more, even confiding in your character for personal advice. She never leaves the villa area and likes to spend the day inside reading in her bedroom or is outside in the villa courtyard. She is secretly very grateful for Gina and Martha's care and company, although she doesn't openly admit it.
She enjoys nature and often makes remarks about the changing seasons. Her favorite gift are blueberries and she loves all sorts of sweets.
