Diana, Harold, and Arata will all arrive in Zephyr Town upon reaching Village Bazaar rank. From there, Diana and Harold will move to the house just behind the Blue Windmill.
Story[]
Diana is a member of the Bazaar Review Board and is responsible for overseeing the progress and development of local bazaars. When Zephyr Town's manages to upgrade its rank in the first time after a long period, Diana arrives in town as the board's show of support for the town's potential and helps organize the weekly bazaar with Felix.
Harold later reveals that Diana was rather uptight with her work due to a similar assignment to a previous town. Unfortunately, Diana failed to revitalize the town's bazaar, and it was eventually closed, though Harold insists that it was due to circumstances outside their power, and the townsfolk acknowledged that Diana tried her hardest to save their bazaar.
