Elza (エルザ Eruza? lit. Elsa) is a character in Harvest Moon GBC3.
She is a fisherman like Billy and is apparently a close friend to him. Along with Billy, if the player befriends her, she will gift them with her old fishing boat which allows the player to sail and fish in the ocean as well as freely travel to and from the mainland. She lives in town on the island on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays when it is sunny, however she will not be there when it is rainy and is thus inaccessible.

Aquarium Date with Elza
- Requirements: Raise Elza and Kate's friendship high enough and interact with Elza before 1PM.
Elza will ask the player if they want to go to town with her, and mention that the Aquarium has a cool new display. If the player says "Yes" you can meet her at 1PM to go to the aquarium. If you say "No" you can instead invite Kate to the movies.
Meteor Shower
- Requirements: Talk to Elza before 11PM on Winter 7, year 2.
Talk to Elza to inform her of the shower and invite her along with you. Then, go to the cliff at 11pm to see the meteors and share a conversation with her.
