Farmers' Union is a location in Harvest Moon GBC 3. It can be found on the mainland. Here, the player may purchase and sell livestock, purchase tools and grass seeds, access the bank to make deposits or take out money, and take part-time jobs.

Request Window[]
Here the player may take part-time jobs as a way to earn extra money for the farm. The player may only have one job at a time and after accepting any job they have 30 days to complete it before it expires. The amount of money you earn depends on the type of job, how many days you had left to complete it, and how many jobs you've completed so far. The formula is as follows:
- job earnings = base payment + (days left × total jobs completed)
For example, you have the job to ship 15 Mushrooms within 30 days. The job's base-pay is 450 G, but this job is the 7th one you've signed up for. Lets say it took you 12 days to find 15 Mushrooms.
- job earnings = 450 G + ( (30-12) × 7)
- which equals a total payment of 576G![1]
As the player completes more jobs, their farm rank will go up. In return for a higher rank, your jobs will get harder and ask for more of a certain item or ask for harder to obtain items (for example, later jobs will not ask for fruits that can be obtained foraging like earlier jobs will).
Bank[]
Here the player can deposit money in shares of 10,000G as a way to help save money or avoid the eventual money cap in your inventory. This money can be withdrawn at any time in the same 10,000G increments.
