Felipe will first appear on Fridays accompanying his brothers Miguel and Ramon. After reaching Regional Bazaar Rank, Felipe will challenge the player to achieve 200,000 in Bazaar sales in a single day. If the player accomplishes this, an impressed Ramon will set up stall in the Bazaar and sells Wonderstones to enhance the performance of the town's windmills, and the Wind Jewel, one of the components for the Travel Stone.
Instead of buying Sun Stones directly from him like in the original Harvest Moon DS: Grand Bazaar, the player must first purchase the Purple Wonderstone from him to unlock the ability to craft a Sun Stone instead.
