One of the features in Harvest Moon is getting married and start a family. Pete has the option of marrying five different bachelorettes. Each of them has an affection score between 0 and 999, but there is a visual cue of the bachelorettes' affection values in the game through their diaries.
Bachelorettes[]
After marriage, bachelorettes will have a new graphic. They will wear an apron over a lavender dress and have a similar hairstyles, with the only difference being their hair color. Each bachelorette will do different activities: Nina will do laundry, Ann will make inventions, etc.
If Pete goes to sleep after 5pm, he will lose affection points with his wife. If Pete is married to Eve, he will lose affection either way. The bachelorette's gift preferences also will change; all wives will now like eggs. 20 days later, as long as Pete has upgraded his house twice, he will have children.
