The Flower Festival takes place on the 14th of Spring in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade.
Townsfolk gather to watch cherry blossoms in the beautiful spring evening. It takes place in Harmonia Town in the Celesta Church Plaza in between 6pm and 11pm. If you arrive early, you can socialize, but the official festival will not take place until 6pm. If you are inviting a date, or attending with your family, the event for the festival will trigger at 7pm.

The Flower Festival is the official romantic festival of the Spring season. If you want to invite a date to attend the festival with you, you must ask them on the 13th of Spring. The candidate must have 3 hearts or more, or they are not eligible. You are only allowed to invite one date, and once you have asked somebody, you cannot change your mind. You will be asked to meet them at 7pm. The trigger spot for the event is under the blossom trees to the left of the Church's entrance, on the blankets. The event will trigger at 7pm as your date arrives, and you will watch flowers until 11pm when the festival ends.

If you're already married, you will instead meet your family at the festival. Your spouse, as well as any grown up children you have will be shown in the event as it triggers. You do not need to manually walk with your family to the festival. The festival will still take place from 6pm to 11pm with the event triggering at 7pm by the picnic blankets. If you want a picture with your family to remember the event by, you may want to walk with them to the festival earlier. Simon will be available to take photos for 100g.

A number of villagers will attend the festival, including: Hamilton, Julius, Candace, Colleen, Jake, and Craig. Simon will always be at the festival to take pictures for 100g, regardless of who you attend the festival with. There are no shops at the Flower Festival.
