Gareth's Fortunetelling is one of the stores in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories.
Run from his home, Gareth will give the player tips and advice for free when his Fortunetelling shop is open. The store is open from 10am to 6pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
