Garon will first appear at the Bazaar after reaching Town Bazaar Rank and asks the player to foal at least 4 livestock before he considers opening his stand. If the player fulfills this request, Garon will appear at the weekly bazaar, providing cooking tools, housing upgrades, and field level upgrades though he can only provide one work order at a time.
