Gordy (ゴーディ, Gōdi^?) is one of the bachelors that the player can marry in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.

An artist of few words. He's constantly lost in thought, wondering how he can create his next masterpiece. Gordy spends every day of every season meandering about the valley, taking in the inspiration from anything and everything he sees. His art consists of sculpted metal, which he shapes by punching metal sheets with his bare hands, and which is adorned by natural means with rust or erosion.

While Gordy can appear to be standoffish, he is simply shy and doesn't know how to spark up a conversation. The time you spend with Gordy will be less conversational and more contemplative, making him a great fit for someone who can appreciate quiet companionship. If you put in the time with him, he will be surprised that you aren't deterred by his solitary demeanor, and his muse will gradually shift from the landscape of Forgotten Valley to a certain special someone...

Introduction[]

Walk towards the beach between 10am and 7pm and you will see Gordy staring into the ocean. He doesn't acknowledge your presence. If you say "Something's glowing!" Gordy finally stops his silent meditation. He, too, sees something shimmering and splashing, commenting on how the ocean's waves are always coming in and receding. Gordy then turns around and quietly walks away.

1st Heart Event[]

Walk towards Gordy's house from the direction of Charlie/Cole's house between 10am and 5pm when you have at least 2 hearts. Gordy is standing there thinking and then will sigh and walk off before he notices you're there. You can either go make sure he is alright or leave. If you make sure he is alright you see him walk over to the turtle pond and admits that he has artist's block again. Gordy looks at you and starts talking about farm stuff: vegetables, soil, water, and sun. You can respond with either "Uh, what?" OR "Oh, I know! You should visit my farm sometime!"

If you respond with "Uh, what?" you will fail the event and Gordy will ask you to leave him alone.

If say he should visit your farm Gordy says he wants to go but then turns around and thinks aloud again. Could it be this simple? Hmm... Gordy says he'll visit next time and thanks you for the offer. He appears to be in a better mood.
