Grant (サラート, Sarāto^?) is a villager in Harvest Moon: DS.

He is a hard working accountant who raises his daughter Kate on his own. Although he lives in the valley, he works in the city. He leaves early in the morning and will return late at night. He has a lot of responsibilities and constantly worries due to being over worked. He suffers from high amounts of stress and will often talk about the stresses of his job.

He is also recently divorced which has strained his relationship with his daughter, as Kate believes it was Grant's fault that her mother left. Grant says that his wife just "walked out the door" but hopes that she will one day return.

Grant works every day of the week except for Fridays. With his day off, he spends the day at home and spends the evening at the bar.
