Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home is a farming simulation game developed and published by Natsume Inc. It is the seventh game to be exclusively developed by Natsume and second to be released exclusively on mobile devices. Despite having its own unique setting and characters, Home Sweet Home is hosted on the same engine and uses many of the same graphics as Harvest Moon: The Winds of Anthos.

On May 29, 2024, Natsume would suddenly reveal the logo and plot for their newest game. A set of screenshots were shown on June 27, but went silent until it released the trailer on August 15. The game was not given further information about its features other than press releases and content creators, who got early copies of the game and shared details with their fans.
Plot[]
After years of living in the city, the player's childhood friend has convinced them to return Alba. However, the town is not running perfectly as the population dwindles with the older generations getting older and the younger ones opting for the more exciting hustle and bustle of the city. The player volunteers to revitalize Alba with the help of their childhood friend and villagers.
