Harvest Sprite Island is a location in Harvest Moon DS: Sunshine Islands.
This island will appear on the western side of Ranch Island after the 7th of Spring. Unlocking the island will automatically happen when walking out of your farmhouse one morning. Unlocking this island allows players to hire the Sprites though the "Enchanting" system to help with various tasks. To see more about Enchanting, visit the Harvest Sprites page.
Besides talking to the Sprites, there isn't much to do on this island. The field cannot be used to plant crops and fishing will only result in catching junk items. There is one Sun Stone which is found along the back of the fence that is around the crop field on the island.
