The Harvest Sprites are sub villagers in Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness.
They do not play as big of a role as in some of the other Harvest Moon games. There are 7 sprites in total, 6 of which you unlock by visiting the different areas, and one who lives on your ranch from the start of the game.

Noe
This sprite lives in the sprite house on your farm. He is available from the start of the game, and is there mostly for tutorials.
Unlock: Automatically appears at the beginning of the game.

Neil
The Forest sprite. He wanders the end of the southern path in the Forest area.
Unlock: Hire Gannon to build the bridge between W. Town and the Forest. You will meet Neil the first time you walk
across the bridge.
Likes: Egg, Milk, Potato, Cucumber, Tomato, Lumber, Material Stone, Moondrop Flower
Dislikes: Carrot, Eggplant, Corn, Turnip, Eggplant, Blue Grass, Fodder, Shiitake
Earl
The Mountain sprite. This sprite wanders the mountain above the mine entrance north of the forest.
Unlock: Visit the Mountain area from the Forest area for the first time.
Likes: Tomato, Shiitake, Moondrop Flower, Toy Flower, Junk Ore, Blue Grass, Green Grass, Fooder
Dislikes: Egg, Milk, Toadstool, Eggplant, Carrot, Pinkcat Flower, Yellow Grass, Lumber
Rock
He watches the island from the very top of the Mountain.
Unlock: Visit the Mountain Summit area by following the path up the Mountain.
Likes: Carrot, Milk, Fodder, fish, Junk Ore, Blue Grass, Green Grass, Egg
Dislikes: Corn, Potato, Tomato, Red Grass, Yellow Grass, Toy Flower, Lumber
Ben
You'll find this guy in the northeast corner of E.Town.
Unlock: After Gannon moves in and destroys the boulder blocking E.Town disolves.
Likes: Egg, Eggplant, Tomato, Yellow Grass, Toy Flower, Moondrop Flower, Red Grass, Wool
Dislikes: Corn, Carrot, Turnip, Potato, Milk, Fodder, Peach, Small Fish, Indigo Grass
Kalen
Usually the only NPC who is at the Meadow every day. You meet him the first time you visit the Meadow.
Unlock: Hire Gannon to build the bridge from E.Town to the Meadow area.
Likes: Eggplant, Carrot, Potato, Turnip, Blue Grass, Green Grass, Orange Grass, fish
Dislikes: Corn, Tomato, Cucumber, Milk, Egg, Fodder, Material Stone, Bird Feed
Manfred
He will move to the Tower after you activate the Wada's Friendship Event, but can be found walking around the Jungle area before then.
Unlock: Ask Gannon to build the bridge from E.Town to the Savage Land.
Likes: Corn, Tomato, Potato, Turnip, Egg, Moondrop Flower, Pinkcat Flower, Purple Grass
Dislikes: Carrot, Egg, Green Grass, Red Grass, Yellow Grass, Toy Flower, Lumber, Bird Feed
