House Upgrades (MM)

There are 5 different levels of houses in Harvest Moon: Magical Melody, each with two or three styles to choose from. The player can own up to three unique houses, which they can sleep and save in. There is a music note for owning a second house, and a level three house is a requirement to get married.

To purchase additional land for building, the player needs to befriend Mayor Theodore.
