[Important notice regarding cloud save] For customers who experience an issue where the game cannot proceed beyond the title screen after starting up the game, along with buttons and fonts disappearance.

Before installing the update data, please make sure to delete the “SaveTitle.json” located in the following directory: “[Steam installation directory] / steam / userdata / [Steam3AccountID] / 965230 / local”. ※When you delete “SaveTitle.json”, your farm name/ save time/ and play time information will be deleted. However, please take note that the save data itself will not be deleted. The deleted information will be restored when you save the game progress.

★ Information for customers who saved data on the cloud without taking the above measures There is a possibility of a bug occurrence where the game cannot proceed beyond the title screen after starting up the game, along with buttons and fonts disappearance. Please follow the procedure below to fix the problem.

1.  Delete “SaveTitle.json” saved in “[Windows user name] / AppData / LocalLow / BANDAI NamCO Entertainment_ / DORAEMON STORY OF SEASONS / Saved / SaveGames / [Steam3AccountID] /” on STEam.
2. After starting the game and confirming that the above-mentioned bug has not occurred, save and exit the game
3. Then select again the cloud save on STEam
4. When you start the game, you will be given a choice of whether to load “Cloud File” or “Local File”. Select “Local File”.
5. Then, after confirming that the buttons and fonts did not disappear, enjoy the game as usual.
