Joe (ジョー Jō?) is a character in Harvest Moon GBC3. He is a fisherman who runs the Morning Fair. While he runs the Faire and is there every day, the player will be unable to actually participate until they earn their own boat. Talking to him any other day, he will simply announce the faire is not being held that day.
He can be found on the mainland all day, standing on the right hand side of the harbor everyday when it is sunny.
