Lilikala is a village built on interconnecting bridges and piers on the ocean. This village is deep-rooted in the beachside home and known for their fish and fish-based dishes with their major pride being in their landmark- the great pier.
Though at the time the player arrives, all if the docks and the pier have been destroyed and the entire village evacuated. The player must help to rebuild the village and motivate the people to return to their original way of life.
