Lou (ルウ, Ruu^?) is a character in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.

Lou is a visitor to Mineral Town who will arrive for the first time once the player has made 75 offerings to the Harvest Goddess. She will introduce herself by visiting the player's farmhouse early on a Sunday morning. Lou visits Mineral Town only on Sundays, excluding festival days. She will spend all of her time on the second floor of the Inn.

She'll teach you the recipes for Wild Grape Water, Veggie Juice, Roasted Corn, Baked Apple, Curry Bread, Relax Tea, Supper Caffeine, Relax Tea Leaves, Spring Sun and Fall Sun.
