The love birds (バカップル, Bakappuru^?), Taro (太(た)郎(ろう), Tarō^?) and Hanako (花(はな)子(こ), Hanako^?) are a tourist couple in Harvest Moon 64.

They come when certain conditions are met, but ignore the player and flirt with each other.

• In the strategy guide, they are introduced as "Bakappuru"— a portmanteau of the words "Stupid" (Baka) and "couple" (Kappuru).
