The collection of Memories (150 in total) is one of the most important goals towards the successful completion of Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories.

Friendship levels with the various characters in the game (bachelors/bachelorette, villagers, farm animals and pets) are measured by notes (♪) ranging from 1 to 5. The amount of notes each character "feels" towards you will help trigger different memories.

You can earn notes (♪) by giving presents to the characters. If you give them something they like note completion is faster (little hearts emojis ❤️ will show up if they like your gift). On the other hand, there is no negative impact on your notes count if you give then something they dislike (an annoyed emoji 💢 will show up if you give them something they dislike).

In addition, they will also tell you if they really like your gift or not. A regular gift will help you earn musical notes at a slower pace. When your gift if appreciated, you will see various musical notes pop out (♪).

Doggie Delight A memory of getting a dog as a pet from Hunter's Animal Shop. After upgrading your house, Hunter will visit you at home to announce that you can keep a pet and that you can buy a dog at his shop. Great Feed
Bobcat Buddy A memory of befriending the bobcat and when it became your pet. You can find Bobcat at the area after you exit your farm around 5-7 pm, Monday and Friday. Or Wednesday on the mountain on 4-5 pm After you upgraded your house and the bobcat likes you enough. There will be an icon to ask whether you want to adopt the cat or not. 5 Delicious Feeds
Heavenly Goddess A memory of meeting the kind and beautiful Harvest Goddess for the first time. Automatically triggered after the introduction and the brief farming tutorial with the Harvest Sprites. 6 Strawberry Seeds
Curmudgeonly King A memory of meeting the narrow-minded and scary King of the Underworld for the first time. Gorgan resides under the huge boulder located on the left of the Heavenly Goddess's palace. Access to this god is available after you unlock Andrea's third memory. A scared Rowan will come visit you in the morning to ask you to check the huge hole uncovered by the disappearance of the huge mountain boulder. 1 Soul Gem Ore, Devil Pepper Seeds
Sleepy Harvest God A memory of meeting the small and sleepy Harvest God for the first time. Unlocked after you've triggered Gilbert's third memory:  He will give you a skytree seed. After getting the seed, talk to Sam and he will offer you a special fertilizer, then walk to the mountain top to plant the skytree. Entering the Harvest God's chamber, triggers this memory. 1 Diamond Ore

Marriage Candidate's Last Memory

The last memory for all marriageable candidates can only be triggered in your farm. If the character is fond enough of you (i.e. more than 3 Music Notes), they will eventually show up in your farm.
