Just from one semi-newbie to another, wanted to say hi and welcome! I joined something like two months ago, so we're probably the two newest, active users on the wiki. Again, welcome, and feel free to ask me anything if you need ^^
Why not? I personally think it is really hard to find anything, especially characters without at least a section for all characters. When I came here and wanted to look for a list of all characters, there wasn't one, or more that the characters are not linked anywhere. I bet I am not the only one who would find this useful. If you're not doing those categories, which are really helpful for finding things, there should be at least a character category, which links to all Characters by game, linked somewhere on the wiki. There is one link, but this is redirect to nothing.
I looked at your Rune factory wiki and that one is really better to look over, because you have that option there, other than here.
Having characters by game would be fine, but were not adding that to the actual character pages. And were defently not adding Female, Male, Bachelors, Bachelorettes and NPC's to any page. It just makes navigation too difficult. And if you really want to add characters by game you'll have to talk to Nixerix also, since we both just spent the last 5 days trying to get rid of those categories.
This was not was I was trying to say. What I wanted to say was that there is nowhere any link to a character section on the wiki. In the navigation it leads to nothing, so you would have to know each character by name to find anyone. There should be at least a correct redirect, so one is able to find a list of characters.
It may be worth looking into, but why would you come to the wiki if you didn't really know what you were looking for? We have disambiguation pages for all of the characters, which then leads to all of the games that character belongs to.
Perhaps it's worth putting the disambiguation category into the top bar, because that already has mostly every character on this wiki already.
Another thing that we could do is have a heading that says "characters" and then it would direct to the characters of the game, because each game has it's own specific character category. Thanks for the suggestion.
