The Morning Fair is an event in Harvest Moon GBC 3. It can be found on the mainland. This weekly event takes place every Tuesday and Saturday from 6am to 9am meaning it can only be attended once the player has unlocked the boat.
In order to start the event, the player must talk to Joe before 8am. Here, the player will run a stall where theu sell items out of their bag. Various NPCs from Harvest Moon GBC 2 will come to your stall and request an item - if you have it for sale, they will give you 500 G.
