Owen (オセ Ose?) is a bachelor in Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility.
Owen is a muscular "big brother type" of guy. His positive attitude makes him a popular person on Waffle Island — not because he is buff. Owen's parents died when he was young and his grandfather had to take care of him. All Owen wants is making his grandfather proud, so he tries his hardest.
Owen works with Ramsey at the Blacksmith's. When he is not working, you'll find him either in or outside Ganache Mine. Upon meeting him, Owen gives you the Old Hammer as a gift. Unlike in Animal Parade, if you do not marry him, he will still remain single and never marry.

2-Heart Event
Exit your house in the morning on a sunny day to find Owen outside. He will show you a Red Wonderful, which you can either accept or reject.
Accepting his gift will make Owen happy, while rejecting it will result in losing heart points with him.
4-Heart Event
Talk to Owen before 11am on a sunny day when he has 4 hearts. He will ask if you're free to have lunch with him at the Sundae Inn. If you agree to meet with him, be there at 12pm for your lunch date.
If you don't show up, the event cannot be triggered. Owen will be upset next time you speak to him and you lose heart points.
5-Heart Event
Owen will come to your house again; this time giving you a Ruby (or a "Refined" Red Wonderful). Owen will tell you that he was going to ask Mira make it into something, but didn't know what you liked.
Accepting his gift will make Owen happy, while rejecting it will result in losing heart points with him.
5-Heart Request
Enter Ganache Mine around 10am and Owen will ask you if you want to race to the bottom of the mine. When he asks you this, the correct answer is "I refuse to lose."
The time for this is unlimited and can be done at the player's leisure. Go to the bottom of the mine (there are 30 levels), making sure to bring your hammer and a lot of food. After reaching the lowest floor, talk to Owen again to complete the request.
6-Heart Event
Talk to Owen before 11am when he has 6 hearts. A scene will play where Owen asks you to meet him near Alan's Tree between 12pm and 1pm to confess his love to you, which you may accept or reject.
Proposing
After Owen reaches 8 hearts, you can propose to him. Showing Owen the Blue Feather you received through the blue bird event will trigger the proposal event, proven that you have completed all of the other marriage requirements.
Upon showing Owen the blue feather, the scene will take place near Daren's Tree. Owen asks if you're serious about marrying him, which you nod as he happily accepts. You and Owen will be at Town Hall in front of Hamilton, who'll congratulate you both on the news. You will be asked when to schedule the wedding and Hamilton will set a date.
Wedding
On your wedding day, you will be automatically taken to the Church. You will meet your fiancée here, along with wedding guests. At wedding ceremonies, the bride's/groom's family will always appear. Hamilton will always be the wedding officiant.
After saying "I do," the marriage is official! You will be automatically transported back to your home after the ceremony. Wedding ceremonies only last until 10am, so you are still free to do farm chores for the remainder of the day afterwards. Your spouse will now live with you and your wedding anniversary will be marked on your calendar.
Child[]
The child you will have when marrying Owen will have an energetic and curious personality. Regardless of gender, they will have brown hair matching the color of their eyes. The boy will have hair with messy bangs sticking out to the front and wear a blue shirt. The girl will have shoulder-length light brown hair with straight ends and wear a pale pink dress.
Phoebe will have a similar child.
