This article is about Ozzie, a character from Animal Parade. You may be looking for Ozzie, a character from Tree of Tranquility.

Ozzie (オズ, Ozu^?) is a character in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade.

An avid fisherman and lover of the sea, Ozzie makes a living at the Harmonica Town Fishery. With the help of his nephew, Toby, he sells fish in different seasons to those living on Castanet. He is a professional angler, and cares about the environment. He will set up a recycling program later on in the game in an attempt to clean up the island's waters.

Although Ozzie's store will be open and running throughout the entire game, it doesn't reach it's full capacity until after the Blue Bell is rung. After this point, the store's stock will expand, and you will be able to buy boat tickets from Ozzie. Pascal will ferry passengers from the fishery to Toucan Island, which is necessary for the next bell in the story line. His son, Paolo, is also vital to the ringing of the Blue Bell.

Ozzie never leaves the Fishery, and is one of the easiest villagers to befriend. His store opens right at 6am and doesn't close until 5pm. He can always be found behind the counter at the fishery.

Ozzie's Recycling

To see this event and begin this side quest, you must have Ozzie at at least 1 heart. When he has the appropriate heart level, talk to him behind the counter of the fishery to learn about his new hobby. Ozzie will tell you that he's taken up recycling, and wants to clean up the oceans! If you can bring him junk, he will recycle it and reward you.

Ozzie will ask for the following things:

• 30 Empty Cans
• 40 Rubber Boots
• 50 Swim Trunks
• 60 Empty Bottles
• 99 Algae

After Ozzie tells you what it is that he's looking for, you can bring him the items at any time. You can bring stacks of items or singular items as you pick them up, and give them Ozzie. He will deduct the number from your total. If you've brought him enough items to satisfy Ozzie's total, he'll give you a Sapphire. If you bring Ozzie all of the items, he will reward you with a Diamond.
