Pete (ピート, Pīto^?) is one of the two playable male characters in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town.

As a child, Pete lived in the city with his mother and father. His parents cancelled his family vacation due to work and, instead, send him to Mineral Town to stay with his grandfather on his farm. While there, Pete meets a boy his age while playing alone in the forest and the two become friends. When it's time to go home, Pete promises the boy that he will come back again one day.

The game starts with Pete, now an adult, getting a letter from Thomas inviting him to go to Mineral Town to take over his Grandpa's farm after his death.
