Ramsey (ラクシャ Rakusha?) is a character in Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility.
Ramsey is the local blacksmith. He is able to upgrade tools at a cheaper price than what is offered at the General Store, if the player can bring the correct material for an upgrade. His grandchildren Owen and Chloe live with him.
