Sam is a villager in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories.
He's a scam artist at heart, always trying to think up new tricks or putting on a facade to earn himself more money. However, he will prove himself to be a reliable person.
Sam runs a sort of General Goods Store in town. He's your go-between person if you want to sell your products in the market. He will also make all sorts of seeds and other items available for you to purchase.
You can sell your produce to Sam directly when you go to his shop, which will give you money instantly. Alternatively, if you want to ship things after hours, just drop them into the Shipping Bin located right by your house.
