Faerie is event only character appears in Doraemon: Story of Seasons when summoned by Ryam to do his own work. Wind Faerie does not like of Ryam attitude then blow it away across the room demand to give it back the Sprite Summoner to its original owner, Doraemon.
To trigger this event you need to do Harmon event Chapter 4. After that, you need to give the Sprite Summoner to Vera. You will see another scene from Big Tree event.
