Basic Info
In Harvest Moon: Magical Melody, Theodore is the mayor of Flowerbud Village. He attends all of the festivals and cancels them if he needs to. It is not necessary to befriend him to get the blue feather, but you will have to befriend him to have more avalible land to purchase.
