Bonfire Set[]
Throw this on land to create a bonfire.
This tool is used to create a bonfire on land that can be used to cook fish, chestnuts, corn, and yams. It can only be used on land free of weeds, trees, and other items and not on walking paths. You can put the bonfire out with a watering can (though not putting out your fires does no harm, nor does it lower your friendship with other villagers); the first time players extinguish their bonfire, they earn the Fire Prevention Note. This tool cannot be upgraded.
To use the bonfire to cook, hold the ingredient and drop it in the fire; you will automatically pick it up when it is fully cooked. As it can be easy to accidentally drop your items on the ground, it is best to cook on your own property and to use the R button to lock onto the bonfire.
