The Town Hall is a location in Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. It is located in Harmonica Town.
The Town Hall is the place where you can buy your land plot, and is run by Mayor Hamilton. Although there is no due date for the payment of your starting plot, you cannot purchase other plots until you have paid for your home plot. The hours are from 8AM until 5PM.
