Trent (ドクター, Dokutā^? lit. Doctor) is a character in Harvest Moon DS: Sunshine Islands.

The doctor from Mineral Town has a vacation at Carol's Inn during the Summer season. He will stay from Summer 2 until the first of Fall, and then return the following Summer. He is a caring doctor and takes all of his patients' health matters very seriously. Trent will be there when it is time for your child to be born, even if you haven't unlocked the requirements to have him as a yearly visitor.

Trent's schedule is fairly sporadic. He likes to venture onto Mushroom Island often, eats at Nick's diner, and travels between Sprout and Verdure island regularly. When it's raining, he can be found at Chen's.
