This article is about the Trophies mechanic in Story of Seasons. Not to be confused with the Bronze, Silver and Gold Trophy furniture items earned by winning festivals.
Trophies, sometimes referred to as Achievements, are collectibles unlocked by completing certain tasks in Story of Seasons. Trophies come in three rarities: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
They can be accessed by checking the bookshelf in your house. They serve as an incentive for the player to explore and try different game mechanics.
There are trophies for playing a certain number of years, earning the villagers' trust, crafting, going to the Safari, catching fish and bugs, diving, harvesting crops, harvesting animal byproducts, winning festivals, getting married, having kids, conquering fields, unlocking all countries in the trade depot, selling items and offering tributes to Witchie and Dessie.
There is also an entirely separate category of trophies, known as Fish Trophies. These are awarded for catching each type of fish at a certain size threshold.

Though not mandatory for all of them, many of these Trophies become easily obtainable by using the King Bait sold at Otmar's Shop. In the American version all Trophy Descriptions use the imperial system, even though the fishing mechanic still keeps the metric system used in Japan.
