The Truth Gem is an item found in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and its female counterpart, Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town.

The Truth Gem can only be created once the player has found all nine Jewels of Truth. The locations of the gems can be found here.
Purpose[]
Once you've assembled the Truth Gem, you can equip it to your active tool slot. It will display your current fatigue and stamina levels as a fraction.
