The player's birthday is celebrated either on the 25th of Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter. If they have a low friendship with the bachelorettes and villagers, they will celebrate it alone. However, if their affection level with the available girls is 120 or higher and the player/they are unmarried, they will stop by on the player's birthday to deliver a present. If their affection is even higher, they will bring a special item.
Once the player is married, they can celebrate their birthday with their wife (and child if they are born). Entering kitchen between 6-8pm and will trigger a birthday feast prepared by their spouse.
120-159 Affection Gifts[]
If the player's affection with any of the single girls is between 120 and 159 (roughly a green heart), they will stop by on the morning and deliver their present. Each of the following visits will net +5 Happiness Points:

160+ Affection Gifts[]
If the player's affection with any of the single girls is 160 and up (roughly a yellow heart), they will stop by on the morning of their birthday and deliver the present. Each of the following visits will net +8 Happiness Points and the "special gifts" have a variety of effects. Note: Only the girl with the highest affection will show up.
- Karen: Lucky Charm Bracelet
- By far the most useful out of all the special gifts. Receiving this charm increases the chance of having a sunny day from 80% to 90%.
- Popuri: Potpurri
- Ann: Hand-Knit Socks
- Elli: Embroidered Handkerchief
- Maria: Maria's Drawing
- Though it serves no purpose, the drawing is placed by the bedside as a decorative item.
